The former President Abia State Progressive Union Ghana and the present Onowu Ndi Igbo in Ghana, Hon Chief Uche Udo Agwu, has felicitated with Governor Alex Otti of Abia State on his 61st birthday.
In a statement he personally signed, Chief Udo Agwu said Abians can now raise their heads high because of the progressive turn around that Governor Otti has brought to the state.
He prayed that God in his infinite grace and mercy will continue to grant Governor Otti good health, wisdom, peace and understanding to pioneer the affairs of Abia State
